01Speech from General Manager

At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Chen Xinliang gave a speech. The past year was an extraordinary year. The depression of the global economic environment and the fierce market competition have brought us tremendous pressure and challenges. But we did not back down. All employees worked together and achieved good results in all aspects of work. Goals and directions were set for each department in 2024.

【Production department】

The increasingly fierce competition in State Grid’s business has put more pressure on the company’s business and technical capabilities. We have to invest 120% to occupy a place. In 2023, the performance of various departments of the Production Department has increased to a certain extent on the basis of 22 years, and various tasks are also progressing in an orderly manner. This is inseparable from the careful cultivation and support of the two leaders, and the care, encouragement and training of all directors. I hope that colleagues in the Production Department will overcome difficulties in 2024 and achieve greater success!

【Functional Departments】

As the company's supporting department, the General Affairs Department and the Finance Department have always strictly followed the company's strategic goals and policies and actively cooperated with the work of various departments in the past year. In 24, we will be more closely aligned with business and technology and provide better services to various departments.

03Chairman’s summary speech

Finally, Chairman Cao Yunhu made a summary speech. He requested that the Chief Engineer's Office follow up and solve the relevant issues raised in today's meeting. He also said that the more diversified the company's business is, the safer it is for the company. The current domestic economic situation is very severe. He hopes that everyone will continue to improve their profession and enhance themselves in the new year, and at the same time prepare for three years later. In the future, Changneng will carry out technological transformation and upgrading, act as a general contractor, and increase its scale to prepare for listing. It requires all departments to consider not only safety but also economy in the design process, put customers first, and consider customers' cost while doing a good job in design.
