Innovative Design & Technical Excellence

Led by Zhejiang Changneng Planning & Design Co., Ltd., the project covers the entire new energy engineering lifecycle—from system architecting, equipment selection, comprehensive integration, to grid interconnection. The solar PV array utilizes high-efficiency monocrystalline modules while the battery energy storage system features premium lithium-ion battery technology with a storage capacity of up to 4MWh. Through intelligent grid connection at 11kV, state-of-the-art substations and automation functions (SCADA, remote monitoring and the “four remote” functionalities for data, command, control, and adjustment), the whole plant achieves superior operational stability and safety.

Our engineering complies with both Chinese and international renewable energy design standards. Emphasis is always placed on safety features: lightning protection, earthing, isolation, and fire prevention. Modular and intelligent design concepts apply throughout, ensuring seamless integration of solar, storage, and local grid infrastructures.
